The learner is an adult who enter the School of nursing to seek the scientific knowledge and technical skills therefore we believe that the culture of nursing must be passed by the learner who strives to learn its intricacies, values norms and ethical standards which are necessary for good practice
We believe that teaching and learning is a shared process which should occur in an atmosphere of respect and trust
We recognize the nature of the nursing is that a substantial portion of student learning is acquired in the clinical areas there fore ,our major responsible in this process I to guide the learning which assist the learner to develop individual capabilities which help them to reach a goal of being a professional nurse
To achieve these educators in school of nursing should provide meaningful material and make best use of facilities available in spurning the learner to greater efforts on their path towards professional adulthood
We acknowledge that the educators should keep their knowledge and skills at consistency high in order to deliver updated instruction to the learner in modern trends in nursing.
